03 / Origin

Two disciplines. One person.

Twenty-plus years of lifting. Five years on the chanter — fifteen on the drum before that. CRM engagement manager by day, which is where most of the actual editing happens. Started Reps & Reels because the two things sit next to each other in my life and I wanted to post about them without explaining the combination every time.

I'm not an expert. Just consistent. Most weeks.
